In this role, you have the opportunity to drive operational excellence across the logistics claims management process within the Personal Health Supply Chain. You will own and coordinate end‑to‑end activities related to transport damage and loss claims, ensuring transparency, compliance, and timely financial recovery. Your work will help protect Philips’ assets, strengthen relationships with logistics partners, and contribute to continuous improvement across Integrated Supply Chain operations.
Your role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for ISC / IWD operations teams regarding the logistics claims management process.
- Ensure that operational teams provide complete and accurate documentation to support effective claim submission.
- Manage the lifecycle of transport claims — from registration and filing to negotiation and settlement — for claims below the insurance deductible.
- Collaborate closely with Philips Global Insurance & Risk for claims exceeding the insurance deductible threshold.
- Support performance reporting by maintaining KPI dashboards, ensuring visibility on claim trends.
- Partner with ISC / IWD teams to identify root causes, improvement opportunities, and preventive actions based on claims insights and managerial reporting.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or Finance.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain finance.
- Strong communication capabilities and proven ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics service providers.
- High attention to detail with a process‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with SAP and TMS systems is an advantage.
- Professional level of English, both spoken and written.
