As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the responsibility of...


Welding materials, working with other Maintenance Technicians
Working on repairs, renovations and upgrades to parking lots and buildings as directed
Communicating with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate orders, deliveries, parts, and work.
Performing routine maintenance around facilities such as repairing structural damage, painting, wall repair and lighting
Maintaining equipment in good working order
Repairing and identifying potential safety hazards, using PPE when needed
Communicating and working in a timely manner, keeping all informed of progress of assignments as necessary

Welding experience


General knowledge of basic maintenance procedures


Basic knowledge of electrical and painting procedures as well as concrete repairs


Flexible availability


Self-motivated, responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals


Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time, and work outdoors
