About the Role:

The SVP Health Systems Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing new strategic partnerships with health systems.  You will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and execute a full strategic review of potential channel partners and a comprehensive go to market partnership acquisition strategy.  

You’ll direct outreach initiatives to potential targeted executives or referrals made by the Chief Growth Officer and other Galileo executives to pitch, evaluate opportunities and negotiate contract terms, building trust and relationships from end-to-end.  Success in this role will be defined by identifying and driving impactful sales opportunities and closing deals.  Long-term objectives include fostering and maintaining strong relationships with partners, potential partners, and key opinion leaders in the industry.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Create, develop and execute on strategic business plans for outreach and follow up campaigns to targeted health systems.
  • Develop, schedule, and deliver, high-level, and impactful presentations for sales meetings in coordination with the Chief Growth Officer.
  • Manage the sales process from end-to-end, set and lead follow up meetings, and partner closely with internal stakeholders and decision makers throughout the contracting process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, potential collaboration partners, and other high value business relationships in line with the company’s vision, strategy, and long-term plans.
  • Leverage your existing strong relationships and identify opportunities to grow your network to increase the pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Deliver upon core business development growth metrics, opportunity identification, and partnership pipeline growth.
  • Oversee the Salesforce data integrity, monitor, and report on performance metrics (tracking progress on achieving number of meetings with targeted executives and new partnerships successfully closed) in coordination with the Chief Growth Officer.

 

About You: 

  • 10+ years successful, consultative, & solution-oriented selling to health system executives.
  • Proven track record of building new partnerships in an early stage start-up and/or fast-paced, scaling organization.
  • Deep industry and market trends knowledge with extensive network of executive relationships within large health systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executives and other key decision makers. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with thoughtful, established processes with the ability to maintain multiple competing priorities and timelines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and energy.  Ability to quickly move from 0-1 while navigating complex regional and national health plan organizations.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset with experience scaling health system partnerships from inception to execution.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite and similar applications required for the sales process.


Compensation Range: $250-300k base compensation based on experience, performance, and market dynamics
