Role and Responsibilities

The Repair & Maintenance Program Sr. Manager will be a primary business partner to the Channel Operations, Field Sales Team, and our retail partner's store teams. You will lead the Project Management Team responsible for inbound work orders from multiple sources, both internal & external customers, for the Home Entertainment & Digital Appliance business. The SR Manager will assign, implement, and oversee the completion of those orders effectively and efficiently. You will be expected to develop relationships with the Retail Leadership Team to assess strategy and implement new methodology and best practices accurately. You will own developing and implementing maintenance-related policies and procedures that meet best-in-class practices in assigned categories.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the team responsible for maintaining brand standards throughout all Samsung-owned Fixtures and displays within National Retail and Regional accounts for Digital Appliance & Home Entertainment categories
• Develop relationships with Samsung operations and Retail business teams to assess strategy and accurately implement new methodologies and best practices
• Manage large-scale, fast-paced R&M Project Management Team at Samsung-supported retailers to maintain displays and planograms in 18k + locations. A critical metric for this team will be to maintain SLA requirements which vary by retailer for program initiatives
• Oversee the development of standardized and scalable processes to execute 3PL supported projects in multiple national channel partners and Samsung direct to consumer stores
• Establish inventory needs for program operational effectiveness to ensure availability to meet service levels
• On going assessment of the business to identify new areas to expand programs and or develop new workstreams
• Creative mindset to drive strategies that accelerate program efficiencies, elevate levels of execution, and deliver on company goals to increase the ROI on Samsung’s investment in retail
• Foster and build internal partnerships to improve collaboration and effective working relationships with stakeholders and channel account teams
• Become familiar with Samsung’s product lines, fixture design & methodology to assist in the design process for new fixture programs
• Lead all launch and field operations survey initiatives for on-time creation and rollout to field teams and 3 pl vendors

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, business information technology, or related field of study
• Without a degree, a minimum of 8+ years of retail experience in retail operations, multiunit management, or program execution in a flagship retail store environment
• Ability to work in a self-directed ambiguous environment to complete complex tasks within deadlines and financial constraints
• Prior experience managing 3PL service vendors to meet required deliverables
• Strong interpersonal, communications, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to confront, ad
