About the role

Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered.

The purpose of this role is to lead the productization and growth of a complex managed solution that supports hybrid multi-cloud networking and is sold through AT&T’s Integrated Solutions & Consulting (IS&C) model. This offering serves strategic enterprise customers via a global network of service nodes, enabling multi-access, multi-cloud connectivity and network function virtualization (NFV), while integrating with a broad range of connectivity and value-added services such as fiber and 5G, IoT, SD-WAN, SASE, voice, and security.

In this role, you will drive the creation and management of critical product assets—including service guides, contract templates, marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, go-to-market strategies, lifecycle management, cost models, pricing, and P&L ownership. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, legal, engineering, finance, operations, and adjacent product teams to streamline and scale the product, ensuring it evolves to meet customer needs and supports AT&T’s broader network transformation strategy.

With strong customer interest and growing market momentum, this position is essential to unlocking the full potential of the offering by improving product clarity, commercial readiness, and operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in managing customer transitions to an upcoming next-generation, software-defined cloud interconnect service, aligning with AT&T’s strategic vision to unify and elevate its end-to-end enterprise networking solutions.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven product management expertise managing complex, technology-driven products through the full lifecycle from concept and market validation to launch, scaling, and end-of-life, including defining and launching new features and enhancements.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills in developing frameworks, business cases, pricing models, and P&L management to drive profitable growth, combined with deep knowledge of cloud connectivity solutions and IS&C deal workflows.
  • Broad technical acumen across enterprise networking technologies such as data networking, fiber services (MPLS, internet, ethernet), cloud connectivity, data centers, NFV platforms, SD-WAN, security, and voice.
  • Effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration aligning product strategy and execution with business objectives while guiding teams across product, IS&C, pricing, marketing, channel, finance, legal, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Customer-centric focus with the ability to engage strategic enterprise clients, anticipate market needs, and deliver solutions that enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Expertise in change and transition management leading complex product transitions and customer migrations with minimal disruption.
  • Creative and scalable solution development applying critical thinking to build standardized, repeatable solutions that can scale operationally through third parties with minimal investment.
  • Growth mindset and strong communication skills driven by a passion for continuous learning and process improvement, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

Key roles and responsibilities of the title:

  • Research, designs, plans, develops and evaluates new products by translating and documenting customer requirements into final product design
  • Analyzes customer needs, identifies priorities for new products or services and enhancements
  • Defines market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality
  • Prepares and presents business cases for new products and services
  • Partners with business, technology and UX teams to design a product that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment
  • Creates product roadmap and project plan
  • May be responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates and the requests for funding
  • Assigned complex product or product lines

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA or PMP desirable.

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.
