Our customers range from small and mid-sized companies up to global enterprises.  Our Global Logistics and Distribution business unit provides comprehensive logistics services and warehousing solutions utilizing a global network of distribution centers, innovative technology and supply chain expertise to manage the flow of goods from receiving to storage and order processing to shipment.
 

Job Summary:

The Healthcare Distribution Center Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and customer-focused operation of our healthcare logistics facility. This position is responsible for leading a team of associates to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), drive productivity improvements, maintain high-quality standards, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to support employee growth.

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable work environment.

• Customer Focus

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.

  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.

  • Collaborate with customer service and account management teams to enhance service delivery.

• Operational Excellence

  • Monitor and manage daily operations to meet or exceed KPIs including accuracy, timeliness, and productivity.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to inventory, shipments, and performance metrics.

• Safety & Compliance

  • Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing safety policies and conducting regular audits.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Quality Assurance

  • Uphold high standards of quality in all aspects of distribution operations.

  • Conduct regular quality checks and root cause analyses to prevent errors.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy and reliability.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment (healthcare preferred).

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety protocols.

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance improvements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Must currently reside in the same geographic location as the job or be willing to relocate promptly and at own expense.
