Job Description

Responsibilities include: Inpatient (30%) and outpatient (70%) medical care including Bronchoscopy, Thoracentesis and Tracheal or Bronchial stent placement; Engage in consults with Radiology, Laboratory, General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery and Oncology.  Minimum requirements:  MD degree, 36 months of residency training in Internal Medicine and completion of 3 year Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship. Must be eligible for South Carolina Medical License and must be eligible for Board Certification in Pulmonary/Critical Care.  Foreign educational equivalency acceptable. Hours:  Office and Consults M-F 8:00AM – 5:00 PM and unassigned ER call 10 days per month.
