About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue growth for our company. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of our products or services.
What You’ll Do:
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and develop strong, trusted relationships.
• Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Account Management:
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve growth and retention targets.
• Monitor account performance and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services and stay updated on industry trends.
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and best practices.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in client engagement and revenue generation.
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Provide feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
Customer Satisfaction:
• Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to continually improve service quality.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
