Barista - as needed

Join our dynamic Retail Services team at Meritus Medical Center as a Barista! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and love delivering exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you’ll craft specialty coffee beverages, maintain a clean and welcoming café space, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to order

Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and customer areas

Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels

Provide friendly, efficient service to all guests and team members

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of customer service experience required

Experience in a specialty coffee serving environment preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
