Job Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a branch/Yard Assistant to join our friendly team! If you thrive in a team environment, love working outdoors and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, We would love to hear from you!

Your job

This role involves:

• Processing and picking customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck
• Providing customers with product and service information, including serving on the trade counter when required
• Keeping a safe, organised and professional looking yard

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Required:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Literacy & Numeracy
• An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment
• Basic knowledge of computers

Desirable:

• Warehouse/yard experience
• Forklift truck licence
