Facility and Logistics Lead
The Facility and Logistics Lead will be part of a team responsible for identification, acquisition and fit-out of multiple facilities to support project activities. Upon facilities completion, the Lead will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the portfolio of facilities by working with the onsite facilities managers. The Lead will leverage experience with site development, construction projects, facilities operations and maintenance, facilities upgrades, as well as customer program objectives and training requirements. The Facility and Logistics Manager will support the project throughout the entire lifecycle of the facility.
The Facility and Logistics Lead will be responsible for the logistics needs for the program. Working in concert with program logistics and facilities managers the Lead will ensure timely delivery of classified and unclassified hardware to various facilities throughout CONUS. The Facility and Logistics Lead will also be responsible for maintaining and updating an inventory system that will allow for rapid queries of the program hardware.
This position requires travel (CONUS) up to 20%.
Required:
Current/active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph
Ability to act as the key relationship interface with the customer at the working level, managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and support mission requirements
Ability to manage all project outcomes within the defined scope, including cost, schedule, and quality
Detail orientation and demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment
Self-initiative, strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to pass rigorous security vetting process with the customer
Experience supporting government classified programs
Specific knowledge of government customer security policies, procedures, and counterintelligence practices
2+ years experience managing construction and maintenance of USG technical sites to include management of multiple vendors and contractors
2+ years experience managing construction projects within budget and schedule
Knowledge, understanding and application of logistics principles
Overall 8 years of experience
Preferred:
Construction management and Knowledge of Trades
(5) Years’ experience supporting classified government programs
3+ years’ experience providing logistics support
Education: Bachelor’s degree with facilities, logistics or management coursework

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
