Jefferson Healthcare (www.jeffersonhealthcare.org) is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Ambulatory Clinical Nurse Educator. The Clinical Nurse Educator is a registered nurse with specialized expertise in education who plays a vital role in enhancing the professional development, competence, and overall growth of nurses and other back office clinical staff across diverse healthcare settings. Acting as an educator, change agent, facilitator, consultant, and researcher. This role emphasizes the empowerment of nursing staff by acquiring knowledge and skills, ultimately promoting excellence in the delivery of evidence-based nursing practice.

This is a full-time, exempt position, and will remain open until filled.

Shift: 1.0 FTE, 40 Hours/Week Day Shift

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or relevant degree required
• Current BLS & ACLS required
• Minimum of five (5) years acute nursing care experience required
• Previous Clinical Educator experience preferred
• Advanced certifications preferred: PALS, ENPC, TNCC, ANA, Med-Surg, NRP, Wound Care, Conscious Sedation
