Responsibilities of Stylist:

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience 
• Perform professional application of services at the expected "Gold Standard" level
• Conduct thorough consultation and document notes on client charts for reference and tracking
• Educate guests on proper care and expectations of services and recommend exclusive after care products
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of work area and proper sanitization of implements 
• Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized and taking out trash
• Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those events to help market the salon and build the brand
• All other duties as prescribed

Must have valid state license in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Full Specialist, or equivalent state license
 
Skills/Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience lashing (preferred). Will be required to perform a practical.
• A professional and polished appearance and adhere to uniform policy
• A friendly and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve skills 
• Takes initiative on additional tasks and willingly assists team members
• Forms strong working relationship within team
• Effective communication with guests, coworkers, and management
• Ongoing learner; exhibits curiosity and an interest in self improvement
• Reliable transportation
