Job Description
Position Purpose
Lead the strategy and execution of the North America Data Integrity, Transaction Controls team and support the Global I2C Data Integrity function
Drive and implement proactive practices and reporting to ensure accuracy in customer reporting, billing and master data maintenance
This position should be the expert in both developing and driving best practices globally, in part, through automation & efficiencies owning the North America data integrity framework.

Major/Key Accountabilities
Develop and manage a comprehensive North America Data Integrity program, overseeing operational activities to ensure accuracy of outputs and continually reviewing and refining the data integrity scope
Lead the Master Data/NPD team in delivering complete, accurate, and timely updates to meet or exceed all team performance metrics, internal service level expectations, and customer data while ensuring proper controls and measures are followed for quality results across North America
Lead and own translation table accuracy; Utilize best practices in other regions to ensure proactive translation table maintenance ensuring customer reporting and billing accuracy
Lead the CHEP Match process continually improving and automating; Build-out and optimize team structure
Oversee transaction controls team ensuring timely resolution of problematic transaction
Lead the support of the Global I2C Data Integrity function when needed; Partner with the I2C Global Process Owner ensuring North America team skill-set can support delivery of the global I2C DI function
Develop and support Blue Forest data integrity and reporting processes
Implement process changes that will improve Asset Control and Efficiency across North American business units
Drive research and resolution that impacts all customer & recycler data for completeness and accuracy
Develop direct reports through the establishment of Individual Development Plans specific to each individual; Cross train team members to enhance their skills
Establish team objectives, monitor and communicate progress, address personnel quality issues and take corrective action when necessary; Develop succession planning for the team
Lead and drive the Global Master data SME team, ensuring continued best practice sharing and implementation
Design and implement needed process controls and measures to ensure that core processes are effectively controlled from a quality perspective, risks mitigated, and that systemic process issues are identified and corrected
Investigate the best external integration database B2B Commercial Data Management tools and make recommendations for the best connection to our systems
