What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

• Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.

• Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.

• Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe to adhere to the plan of record.

• Identify and solve moderately routine manufacturing problems.

• Complete assignments with moderate supervision using established procedures, and escalating issues to the supervisor.

• Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to GMP documentation standards.

• Be responsible for the production of drug substances, assisting in various activities and functions within a manufacturing facility, and ensuring equipment functionality.

• Support technical operations, maintain housekeeping standards, keep training status up-to-date, and learn how to execute various purification steps (i.e UF/DF, chromatography, final filtration/dispensing, etc).

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in using standard manufacturing equipment and tools

• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures

• Strong problem-solving skills in a structured environment

• Capability to work effectively in a team setting

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and reporting systems

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

• This is a 2nd shift position (2pm-2am) on a rotating basis.

• occasional overtime may be required

• must be able to follow applicable gowning procedures

The salary for this position ranges from $26,86 to $44,77 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
