Position Responsibilities:
Compile data from multiple sources and develop overhead pool performance reports
Initiate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to management
Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost measurement baselines, and variance analyses and communicate cost trends
Facilitate/lead Overhead pool performance reviews with site Exec Functional leadership including Program Support/Finance, Engineering, and Operations
Engage in cost analysis and optimization efforts
Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost measurement baselines, and variance analyses and communicate cost trends
Provide coaching, training, mentoring to junior overhead analysts
Support various other special projects

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
