Graphic Designer - Brand Marketing
Life is GoodAbout the role
Turning campaigns into moments people can feel.
At Life is Good, marketing is more than messaging. It is storytelling with color, shape, and soul. It is the spark that turns a scroll into a smile and a campaign into connection.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who lives at the intersection of creativity and conversion. Someone who understands that great marketing design is both expressive and effective. You know how to build visuals that carry an idea across channels and still feel unmistakably Life is Good.
In this role, you will design high-impact digital assets that power our eCommerce and marketing ecosystem. Homepage graphics. PDP imagery. Promotional banners. Paid social ads. Campaign landing pages. You create work that not only aligns with brand standards but also drives engagement and conversion.
You will translate campaign concepts into cohesive, on-brand creative for social media and email marketing, ensuring that every touchpoint, from inbox to Instagram to on-site experience, feels connected and intentional.
You will also support brand and product launches with packaging, point-of-purchase displays, and retail collateral. Digital and physical. Online and in-store. One consistent, optimistic voice.
From first sketch to final art file, you develop graphics across the full creative lifecycle. Illustrations, logos, labels, and more. You are fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud and comfortable creating, lettering, drawing, and painting your way to something memorable.
You sweat the small stuff because you know details build trust. You respect the brand and still find room to push it forward. You believe optimism is a strategy, and design is one of the most powerful ways to share it.
If that sounds like you, let’s make something good together. 🌞
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with confidence in illustration, typography, layout, color, and production setup
- An understanding of performance-driven creative and how design influences engagement, conversion, and brand perception
- The ability to move from big idea to detailed execution without losing energy or accuracy along the way
- Comfort receiving and incorporating feedback, with the maturity to iterate quickly and collaboratively
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A sharp eye for detail and a high bar for craft. You notice when the alignment is off by a pixel - you fix it.
