About the role
Meta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our Total Rewards Team, focusing on Global Variable Incentive Compensation. As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, leading complex compensation projects, and influencing the direction of incentive plan design and administration across Ads and Business Messaging teams. - Drive the conceptualization, design, and execution of global incentive compensation plans, including integration of new products and metrics
- Act as a key resource for leadership team, steering committees, and cross-functional partners on compensation strategy, governance, and best practices
- Drive strategic redesign initiatives, including quarterly plan updates and scenario modeling to support evolving business priorities
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling to measure plan effectiveness, test new designs, and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop and track advanced metrics to assess program impact and alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and communications to global steering committees and leadership teams
- Manage high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Meta’s strategic objectives
- Identify and champion opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements in partnership with engineering and operations teams
- Lead user acceptance testing and implementation of new calculation logic, data tables, and reporting tools within incentive compensation systems
- Ensure all compensation processes, controls, and documentation meet SOX and internal governance standards
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentive payments to the sales organization
- Provide guidance and training to sales teams and cross-functional partners on incentive plan design, policy changes, and compensation philosophy
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business or equivalent
- 4+ years of analytical, modeling and financial statement analysis experience
- Excel, G-sheet and G-Slides, PowerPoint experience
- Experience with compensation software tools such as Xactly, Callidus, Varicent
- Organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in multitasking
- Experience with sales compensation/ commissions
- Understand corporate finance concepts
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional team
