Job Summary: 

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a .40 FTE Forensic Psychologist to work in the Department of Psychiatry in the Forensics Program.  The applicant must have completed an American Board of Professional Psychology forensic psychology fellowship program and be Board certified or eligible. The Forensic Psychiatry program is part of the Community, Population, and Public Mental Health Division and focuses on providing forensic services in collaboration with the University of Colorado’s state partners as well as private services.   

This position shall provide competency, sanity, mental condition and unconditional release evaluations with our State Department of Human Services partners.   

Key Responsibilities: 

• Consultation for Competency, Sanity, and other complex cases 
• Participation in Forensic Medical- Legal clinic 
• Psychological testing 
• Work in an interdisciplinary professional team that includes forensic psychiatrists and other health professionals  

Work Location: 

Remote – this role is eligible to work remotely, but the employee must be in Colorado to attend court hearing as assigned.
