Vermeer All Roads in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking an Experienced Shop Mechanic/Technician to perform diagnostics and repairs on Vermeer equipment and components in our Annapolis Junction dealership. If you’re looking for a hands-on career with variety, paid training, and clear advancement opportunities, this role is for you. Compensation & Schedule
- $25–$40/hour (based on experience)
- Production bonuses available each pay period
- Full-time, flexible schedule — no nights or weekends
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

- Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by your Manager
- Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic and electrical systems
- Recommend and document repairs; prepare accurate cost estimates. CDK a plus
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Communicate with the factory/OEM for technical support
- Handle additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, and hydrostatic systems
- Welding experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel locally for occasional field service calls as needed
