 About the Role

The role requires a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. Additionally duties will also be assigned as required (i.e. organisation of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

 The role and day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Meet and greet clients and promote a positive image of the firm
  • Deal with a high volume of telephone calls
  • Managing and ordering courier and taxi requests for staff and clients
  • Manage all meeting room bookings
  • Ensure that the Reception area is kept clean and organised

EXPERIENCE

 What You Bring

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organisation of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

 The individual's skills and experience will include:

  • Preferably previous Receptionist experience in a Corporate environment
  • Good team player who is able to take direction
  • Good attention to detail - energetic and focused
  • Ability to multitask and have excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Working knowledge of MS Office 2010
