About the Role

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level concepts and strategies into detailed, actionable tasks and user stories using Jira
• Take on projects or scoping vetted by the product domain lead
• Work with engineering teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely and successful delivery of features and enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, client services, growth, sales, and marketing to create outsized value and to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulations, particularly in the crypto and compliance domains
• Collaborate with other product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
• Work on high-touch product lines

Requirements

• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks.
• Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools, particularly Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you can string together a SQL query
• Experience with testing/integrating to APIs
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholder
• Proactive and self-motivated – you have a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Strong decision-making skills – you know how to make a decision, document why you made that decision, and pivot/iterate quickly when things change
• Humility – you are not afraid to ask questions and you don’t hesitate to recognize colleagues and give credit where credit is due

Zero Hash is a crypto-as-a-service API that enables any platform to integrate digital assets natively into their customer experience quickly and easily (a matter of API endpoints). We power neo-banks, broker-dealers, and payment groups to offer digital asset trading and custody, crypto-backed rewards and round-ups programs, yield through staking and DeFi and NFTs.

Our thesis is very simple: every financial services firm will offer digital assets within the next 2 years and will do so through platforms such as Zero Hash. Zero Hash is defining the new FinTech vertical of crypto-as-a-service.
