Business and Intelligence Process Manager

 Salary: $110,000 - $145,000

Pay Grade: 16 

Other Forms of Compensation: yearly bonus

Job Summary

Leads the design, development, and delivery of ESFM’s financial and operational business intelligence solutions to drive data-informed decision-making. Partners with Finance, IT, and Operations to enhance enterprise reporting, KPI dashboards, and automation. Combines strategic business partnership with hands-on BI development to strengthen ESFM’s data-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, business intelligence, or data analytics within a large, multi-site organization.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Proficient in SQL for querying and transforming data; experienced with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Familiar with additional BI tools such as Google Looker.
• Skilled in analytics and workflow automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power Automate).
• Proven success establishing data governance and performance optimization practices.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, or Essbase/Hyperion preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional partnerships and leading change in fast-paced environments.

 

Education & Experience

• Deep understanding of business intelligence concepts, data visualization, and best practices.
• Advanced data modeling and architecture skills, including star schema design.
• Strong SQL and database management capabilities.
• Advanced DAX, Power Query, and Excel proficiency.
• Ability to build and manage paginated reports.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling visual narratives.
