Responsibilities

• Senior leadership role in sourcing and closing asset-backed securitizations and other debt financing transactions from a diverse range of potential lenders and investors.
• Participate in development of the company’s funding plans.
• Develop new funding channels.
• Lead diligence, modeling, structuring and execution activities for new transactions.
• Maintain active dialog with sell-side and buy-side constituents including lenders, advisors, investors, rating agencies and other strategic partners.
• Manage funding activities, transaction reporting and covenant compliance for existing transactions.
• Develop and implement interest rate hedging strategies.
• Perform funding and liquidity forecasting and manage daily cash balances. 
• Cultivate strong internal partnerships across the company’s business lines. 
• Develop and present marketing materials and management briefings.
• Support accounting, audit, compliance, and financial reporting activities

 

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in capital markets, treasury, investment banking or commercial banking.
• Demonstrated deal structuring and execution expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of structured finance and consumer assets.
• Proven track record of effectively managing deal flow and third-party relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic business environment.
• Excellent leadership, problem solving and organization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, versatile, and entrepreneurial.

 

“The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $198,000

 

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects a national minimum and maximum range for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
