This role includes leadership of key company employee engagement opportunities, inclusive of employee programming that helps foster an inclusive company culture such as companywide townhalls, relevant speaker content, strategy for the company’s Employee Resource Groups and related governance and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals, and fostering a culture of belonging. Additionally, this role helps inform the dynamic giving environment across Comcast, NBCUniversal and all pertinent brands, with an eye on compliance and risk management. The Executive Director sets vision and effectively collaborates with various stakeholders, including multifaceted leadership interactions across Comcast and pertinent parties at NBCUniversal to bring alignment and support, helping drive positive change and maximize the impact of these efforts.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Program Implementation and Execution: Sets direction and partners to execute the companywide events and townhalls and ERG strategy and governance, aligning it with overall business objectives and company goals. Successfully manages the rollout and implementation of a new approach to engagement, including an enterprise-wide technology solution implementation, and updated policies and guidelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Engages top company leadership and ensures timely updates.
- Informs compliance protocols and guidelines for the company’s charitable giving and employee engagement programs
- Plays a lead role in helping inform the dynamic giving environment across Comcast, NBCUniversal and all pertinent brands, with an eye on compliance and risk management.
- Fosters alignment and ambassadorship across key stakeholder sets, including National Champions, the Governance Committee, National Advisory Councils, and various levels of leadership.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensures employee engagement activities support the company's business growth priorities.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitates communication with and between ERGs, senior leadership, and a multitude of key stakeholder groups across Comcast, as well as ensuring alignment with NBCUniversal ERG approach. Cross brand collaboration across the family of Comcast brands
- Support and Guidance: Provides support and guidance to ERG team and members, including proactive environmental research to understand trends and transformations in the CSR and ERG spaces, securing resources, and navigating organizational challenges.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Researches key trends in the space, monitoring, and reporting on workforce trends relevant to ERGs, and uses data to measure the effectiveness of ERG initiatives and to inform future strategy.
- Visibility and Impact: Raises the visibility of speaker events and ERGs within the company and advocates for their continued growth and impact, including programs amplification and increased engagement.
- Budget Management: Manges associated budgets for engagement programs, ensuring resources are distributed effectively to support group activities and optimize impact.

- Track record of developing and implementing effective employee engagement and cultural initiatives in the workplace
- Able to work with sensitive and confidential material and possess good business judgment;
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
