About Us: Artera is an AI startup that develops medical artificial intelligence tests to personalize therapy for cancer patients. Artera is on a mission to personalize medical decisions for patients and physicians on a global scale.
The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role at Artera focuses on (remotely) accelerating progress and building relationships for external collaborations involving data access. The top priority of each CRA is to efficiently and effectively manage the overall data acquisition process for each assigned external organization.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Act as “account executives” for our relationships with external collaborators, responsible for managing the collaborative process and escalate blocking issues within Artera to keep progress moving
- Work alongside our contracting specialists to unblock contracts and agreements to accelerate progress and avoid investigator frustration
- Remain in close contact with investigators to be sure each team is aware of the status of the project
- Internally, each CRA may serve important bridging and project management functions to connect multidisciplinary teams within Artera, and to connect Artera teams with external collaborators.
- Work with artificial intelligence and clinical research teams to assemble figures and manuscripts for publication in scientific journals, and to assemble data for presentations at national meetings
Education and Experience Requirements:
- MSc or MPH in Life Sciences or other relevant discipline; experience in oncology and biomarker-based trials are an asset
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and project tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel for up to 10% of the time, depending on company needs
