JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Planning Admin provides comprehensive support to the Production Planning department by managing work orders and facilitating an efficient workflow. This role is responsible for organizing, tracking, and coordinating production activities to ensure alignment with customer orders and production schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Organize and sort production work orders.
- Verify that product allocations for customer orders are accurate.
- Generate and print Distribution Order (DO) picking list labels using the ERP system.
- Match picking labels with corresponding work order parts.
- Review work orders for special instructions and highlight key details for machine operators.
- Gather and compile daily production data from Supervisors and Managers.
- Enter raw production data to update manufacturing and decoration KPI metrics.
- Print and deliver UPCs and special labels for customer retail orders to Production Supervisor.
- Plan and purchase patches for Patch Orders.
- Communicate estimated ship dates to the Customer Service team.
- Assist with supply purchasing and provide general support to the planning department.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

- 2–3 years of administrative experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Proficient in computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, M3 Smart Office).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
