The Sr. IT Manager will lead the operation of IT systems and services, overseeing IT and classroom support activities at Wharton School's San Francisco campus. This role includes supervising a team of IT professionals and leading the technical support for campus programs and events, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. These duties include managing staff schedules and resources to meet operational needs, and ensuring consistency when applying Wharton’s IT policies and procedures across campuses, especially between San Francisco and Philadelphia.
