Be our next Right-of-Way Senior Project Manager

 

We’re seeking a dynamic Right-of-Way Senior Project Manager, in Miami, FL on a casual basis to lead strategic initiatives that support the successful execution of infrastructure programs. This role is pivotal in navigating complex legal landscapes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with municipalities and property owners.

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of right-of-way supervisors, specialists, and technicians—providing mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight.
  • Strategic Oversight: Direct easement and right-of-way programs, including negotiation of legal terms and documentation management.
  • Project Execution: Assign tasks, balance workloads, and drive timely completion of milestones within defined scope.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve project challenges to ensure seamless transition to construction phases.

 

What You Bring

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for engaging with government agencies, property owners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in permitting portals and government databases.
  • Experience in wireless or wireline infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
