We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Engagement Leader with a strong background in P&C insurance, particularly in the realm of data warehousing, analytics, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving successful projects, leveraging technologies like Snowflake, ETL processes, and agile methodologies to achieve business outcomes. The candidate should be results-oriented, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership and Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive delivery strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals.
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
Utilize expertise in data warehousing, Snowflake, ETL processes, and other relevant technologies to drive efficient and effective project execution.
Implement agile methodologies and best practices to facilitate adaptive project management.

Business Outcome Focus:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific business needs and translate them into technical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Monitor project progress and proactively address any deviations that may impact business goals.

Thought Leadership and Innovation:

Showcase thought leadership by sharing insights, trends, and best practices in the Data & Analytics space, positioning the company as an industry leader.
Encourage experimentation and smart risk-taking to drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Effective Communication and Influence:

Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and executive sponsors.
Conduct regular business reviews with the Executive Sponsor to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.

Problem Resolution and Escalation Management:

Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, taking swift action to mitigate them and maintain project timelines.
Manage escalations and resolve issues related to project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to project deliverables.

Initiative and Positive Attitude:

Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to work, requiring minimal support and direction.
Challenge the status quo and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master;s degree in Computers, IT, Engineering or related field
Extensive experience (10 + years) in P&C insurance , with a focus on data warehousing, analytics, and technology solutions.
Proficiency in Snowflake, ETL processes, and other related technologies.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
Proven ability to drive business outcomes through technology solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to take smart risks and experiment.
Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and operate with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in conducting business reviews and showcasing thought leadership is a plus.
