About the role
Work Flexibility: Onsite<p></p><p></p><h1><b>Summary</b></h1><ul><li>A newly established role as part of the Global Security team supporting Stryker’s flagship manufacturing site in Skawina, our commercial business and business support center initiatives across Poland.</li><li>This role will fulfill the key function of identifying and promoting prevention orientated security requirements across the business and then developing and implementing sustainable and appropriate measures in accordance with Global Security standards and local business requirements.</li><li>The role will identify and focus on loss prevention, supply chain security and threats posed by crime, civil unrest, extremism / terrorism, business espionage, corruption and insider threats and will be required to leverage an established security network while engaging with government and local security services.</li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What you will do</b></h1><ul><li><b>Physical Security. </b>To promote best practice foundational security awareness at the direction of the Snr Director International Security. To include loss prevention, supply chain security and third-party management. Incident reporting, building access protocols and visitor management.</li><li><b>Travel Support. </b>To provide guidance and support to domestic travelers and to ensure adequate provision in relation to the threat situation at travel destinations.</li><li><b>Threat Intelligence.</b> With guidance from the Intelligence Center of Excellence to support the monitoring of security threats in India in relation to company operations and to provide support and advice on possible mitigation measures.</li><li><b>Incident and Crisis Management.</b> To be the primary Incident and Crisis management country coordinator and member of the Crisis Management team.</li><li><b>Event Support.</b> To work closely with the business to track and assess India events and external events that are attended by employees to ensure threat and risk assessments are conducted in accordance with Global Security standards.</li><li><b>Investigation Support.</b> To be the primary point of contact for Global Security during investigation support.</li><li><b>Governance.</b> Ensure the promotion and effective implementation of Global Security’s services and <span>tools. </span></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What you need</b></h1><h3><b>Required:</b></h3><ul><li>A minimum of a university-level bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in security management.</li><li> 6-10 years of related field experience in security operations.</li><li>Fluency in Polish and English.</li><li>Readiness for business travels (d<span>omestic across Poland as required and occasional international travel).</span></li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Preferred:</b></h3><ul><li>Professional certification in incident management, emergency planning and preparedness, or related discipline preferred. </li><li>Experience writing policies, procedures and <span>reports. </span></li></ul><p></p><p></p>Travel Percentage: 20%<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
