We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Chicago. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting account growth. This position requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally

• Manage account information and ensure all records are accurate and up to date

• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and improve service delivery

• Analyze account performance and provide insights to improve client satisfaction

• Assist in developing client relationships to identify new opportunities

• Follow up on service quality and client feedback to ensure ongoing satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client relations

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
