THE JOB:

As an Executive Host, you will to assist in maintaining the property’s casino customer base while expediting processes to ensure excellent customer service. You will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own the guest experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE SCHEDULE:

Swing Shift | Full Time

5:00pm - 1:00am

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Use appropriate judgement to execute casino customer requests
• Assist in maintaining and developing property’s customer base through meeting and interacting with customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clientele
• Ensure all guests receive personalized attention and service
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests
• Evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide corresponding incentives and may have authorization to approve minimum amount of comps and allowances
• Maintain highly confidential customer information by enforcing the privacy of all guests and limits requests for information about such guests in accordance with company policies.

• Demonstrates 1+ years of prior relevant work experience in Casino Marketing
