About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in home, school, and/or community settings.
Responsibilities:

Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by a BCBA

Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior

Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies

Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:

RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification)

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)

Interest in working with children with ASD
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable and punctual
Schedule & Availability:

Weekday and weekend hours offered

Sessions may vary based on client needs
Transportation:

Must be able to commute via public transportation or personal vehicle

Assignments within a 1-hour commute radius
