This is a strategic and highly visible role focused on driving architectural consistency, elevating technical standards, and helping scale our cloud-native healthcare platform to meet the needs of patients, care advocates, and enterprise clients.<br><br>As a Staff Engineer, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams – including engineering leads, product managers, clinicians, and compliance – to influence the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. You will provide hands-on technical leadership across the stack while guiding engineering teams through complex architectural decisions, platform evolution, and modernization initiatives.<br><br>We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can zoom out to evaluate systems holistically, but is not afraid to dive into code to unblock teams or lead by example.
