Keystone’s Warehouse team bears the ultimate responsibility of guarding the Company’s most valuable physical assets. This duty includes efficient and organized storage of inventory, and of course, accurate, timely, and intact delivery of products to its customers.
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor manages the Warehouse Operations Team to ensure tickets and inventory are managed in an effective and efficient manner. They will also serve as a liaison between Order Processing and the Warehouse Operations Team.

Your Impact:

Overseeing and managing workflow for warehouse operations team

Communicating with Warehouse Manager on personnel concerns

Announcing (KPI) Key Performance Indicators to team and discussing the cause and effect of each

Preparing documentation correctly for outbound departments
-
Executing and documenting inventory movements (proactive replenishment, consolidation, primary bin management)

Working closely with Order Processing, Operations Analytics, and the Warehouse Manager to ensure inventory, pick tickets, and fulfillment are working according to goals

“Cradle-To-Grave” responsibility for inventory from receiving all the way through shipping

Other duties as assigned
What you bring:

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Ability to be effective under pressure and understand when to act with a heightened sense of urgency

Excellent communication skills and use of judgement on when to use written versus verbal methods

A minimum of 5 years of order processing experience and/or experience with administrative warehouse duties

High degree of comfort in Microsoft Office applications and an aptitude with computers in general

Have your own personal, reliable transportation

Must be able to pass background check
