WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• As a Project Engineer, you will lead and manage all aspects of capital equipment projects from initial concept to completion, working with cross functional team members to meet project objectives. 
• Responsible for defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and creating detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules. 
• Capable of identifying potential risks and challenges and developing strategies to mitigate them to keep projects on track. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Effectively communicate and present project updates, reports, and documentation to leadership, project teams, and customers.
• Create comprehensive business cases, including financial analysis (ROI, payback period, cost-benefit), strategic justification, and risk assessment to support requests for new equipment or technology.
• Work with engineering team to specify and validate new machines, or modifications of existing machines, to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production before operating. Assist in ongoing machine improvements to continually drive system improvement.
• Analysis of manufacturing processes and large datasets to identify areas of improvement along with the validation of improvements of their desired intent.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related degree
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management software
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
