The People Analytics Team is driving the SAP workforce strategy to the next level by internally implementing and adopting SAP’s standard analytics products in an agile way. This allows us to showcase how SAP runs SAP while delivering value to our internal customers.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Summary of the role:</b><br/> You will work in an agile environment with a fantastic scrum team, using innovative workforce analytics solutions and technologies (Data Products, SAC Stories &amp; Planning, Success Factors/ HCM analytics solutions). You will have regular touchpoints with HR and other functional teams to work on next generation concepts and solutions for SAP’s organization and people.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Your responsibilities also include:</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li>Understand business strategy and translate into analytical demand</li> <li><span><span>Consult the internal customers when it comes to reporting and analytics</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Deliver high quality analytical solutions</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Support prioritization and value assessment to define analytics roadmap</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Help developing and implementing with agile team and Product Owner</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Work on provisioning of analytical assets leveraging our SAP applications like SAP Analytics Cloud</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Process and Data Improvements</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Cloud Company by identifying process/data improvements</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Be part of and support the agile team, support change processes within the agile team</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>What you bring:</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li>Familiar with basic Agile framework</li> <li><span><span>Knowledge of User Experience Processes (User-Centered-Design) or Design Thinking techniques is a plus</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Relevant knowledge in the HR domain (strategy, processes, functions)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Affinity with/ knowledge of headcount forecast, budget planning and similar processes is a plus</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong drive for value creation</span></span></li> <li><span><span>2+ years of functional experience in HR, HR applications or analytics context</span></span></li> <li><span><span>First experience in analytics (technical review, implementation and configuration) is a plus</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Knowledge across SAP and non-SAP technologies (ideally Analytics and HR solutions)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Team player enjoying to work within an international team</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Effective communication, networking, and facilitation skills on all seniority levels across business unit boundaries</span></span></li> <li><span><span>"Can-do" attitude with agility, flexibility, and open mindset</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span id="cke_bm_1617S"> </span></span></span></p> <p>​<b>Bring out your best</b></p> <p><span>SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
