Your work sets the foundation for accuracy in our estimating process and building trust with our clients. You'll lead the electrical estimating team, bring accuracy to all estimates and ensure that we have the correct approach to add value for agency, commercial and private building clients. You are not afraid to pitch in and lead by example.</p> <p><strong>Salary Range:&nbsp;</strong><strong>$90/hr-$125/hr</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your Day-to-Day Looks Like This:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the full estimating process for complex electrical projects-pre concept through final proposal.</li> <li>Evaluate drawings, specifications, and scope to build complete, accurate cost estimates.</li> <li>Partner with PM's, engineers, and preconstruction teams to align estimates with project goals.</li> <li>Mentor and coach estimators, helping them grow technical expertise and confidence.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring we get the best pricing and insights to share with our clients.</li> <li>Work on electrical projects from $5 million to $500 million.</li> <li>Provide training to junior estimators for the electrical systems.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Making a Difference&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Your work determines whether a given project moves forward in the construction process.
