Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a Employee Award and Recognition Specialist for our Federal government customer. This candidate will be responsible to partner and support the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR/talent programs aimed at attracting, rewarding, and retaining top talent.
- Design, manage and assess competitive benefits, compensation and rewards programs that strengthen the company’s ability to attract and retain employees
- Create, implement, and manage detailed project plans for localized employee engagement initiatives
- Brief leadership team on Employee Experience Scorecard metrics, Employee Engagement Survey results, overall Organizational Effectiveness.
- Work across various stakeholders in HR and in the business to implement our engagement goals and strategies
- Responsible to support and partner in the planning, developing, continuous improvement and implementation strategies related to employee engagement, organizational effectiveness programs, assessments, and processes across the enterprise
- Develops and implements employee communication strategies to support ongoing initiatives, programs, and processes; partners with HR in supporting change management and communications plans
- Designs, and facilitates training and education sessions related to OE initiatives / processes
- Assists with developing resources that assist employees, management, and leadership with talent and OE initiatives involving employee engagement, culture, performance management, goal setting, succession planning, and career development
- Works with vendors to optimize and deploy organizational effectiveness systems and surveys (engagement, pulse, exit and stay)
Qualifications
- A focus on detail, timeliness and agility is needed in this position
- Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, HR or other related field
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources, organizational development or talent management experience
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Change management and facilitation experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
