About the role
Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and experienced aesthetic clinician. This remote individual is someone who will increase awareness and education of Evolus products, respond to unsolicited training requests, respond to adverse events, and provide timely, accurate, unbiased, and fair and balanced product information. This person will disseminate technical and scientific information to critical internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will be challenged to drive the success of Evolus in an effort to build a brand like no other. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Disseminate scientific information and respond by email, phone, and Zoom/Teams to clinical questions deriving from unsolicited requests for information that sales representatives or the company may receive from health care professionals (HCPs).
- Provide HCPs with education on best clinical practices with education and training programs.
- Respond to Adverse Events.
- Maintain a high level of compliance with company standard operating procedures, training records, and administrative documentation.
- Attend conventions, symposiums, and congresses for continuing medical education.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams by providing medical and scientific expertise.
- Support and facilitate medical communications and act as the main point of contact for HCPs requesting data.
- Contribute to the development of databases of medical and scientific information regarding products and similar/competing products.
- Aesthetic injector (RN, NP, PA degree required).
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical aesthetic experience.
- Strong injection skills and solid grasp of facial anatomy.
- Experience working with med spas, dermatologists, and/or plastic surgeons.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Results-driven individual who can work independently.
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
- Adapts to change quickly and calmly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Evolus is headquartered in Newport Beach, CA.
- The position is remote.
- Reports to Director, Medical Affairs.
- The ability to travel is up to 5%.
