About the role
The Senior HR Manager (m/f/d) will report directly to the Chief People Officer. Our German employees are predominantly located between Wiesbaden and Cologne in our venITure offices.
The Senior HR Manager will be accountable for leading on all people-related initiatives in the region, ensuring we deliver an exceptional employee experience through a blend of operational and strategic initiatives, including people and culture, employee relations, reporting/analytics, and compliance.
What you'll be doing
- You support the supervision and processing of the entire recruiting process- You develop and implement personnel marketing activities as well as ideas and measures for employer branding- You support self-responsible and solution-oriented in all personnel-related matters- You are available to advise on all labor law issues- You take over the entire employee life cycle (from onboarding to off-boarding)- You create personnel-related documents (employment contracts, certificates, references, etc.)- You evaluate and coordinate all further development measures- You develop and optimise HR processes/projects

What we're looking for
- A completed degree with a focus on human resources or comparable training.- First-hand professional experience in various areas of human resources work is desirable, but not a must!- Good knowledge of German labor law.- Interest in a wide range of HR topics and in human resources work.- Power of persuasion, negotiation skills and self-confident appearance.- You count a structured and independent way of working, as well as independent and responsible thinking and acting among your strengths.- You are a digital native! You quickly find your way around new software and are interested in the latest technology trends.- You enrich our team spirit with your open-minded and communicative manner.- You are pragmatic, inquisitive, and open to change.- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.#LI-BR1
