THE JOB:

As a Cook at Bellagio's Noodles, you'll bring exceptional dishes to life alongside our Chef, combining precision, passion, and creativity in every plate. More than preparing incredible food, you'll help create memorable dining experiences by connecting with guests and delivering genuine hospitality. Every shift is an opportunity to turn great meals into unforgettable WOW moments that keep guests coming back.

THE STARTING RATE: $ 26.6831 USD Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques

• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation

• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service

• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups

• Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred

• Formal Culinary training preferred
