Core Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain material master as needed. 
• Including lead times, nomenclature, buyer group, material classes
• Update and maintain info records.
• Update and maintain vendor master data as needed.
• Assist with open order and past due reporting.
• Data entry as needed to assist buyers with large projects.
• Assist buyers to work with A/P team on problem invoices.

 

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience as clerk or in a similar role
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Prior experience with SAP preferred.
