Für unsere Solution-Anlage am Standort Schkopau suchen wir aktuell einen Anlagenfahrer:in im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtdienst.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Sicheres Steuern und Überwachen der Anlage – sowohl in der Messwarte als auch im Außenbereich.
• Analyse von Prozessverläufen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Anlagenprozessen.
• Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen.
• Aktive Beteiligung an geplanten Anlagenabstellungen und vorbeugender Instandhaltung.

Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einer chemisch-technischen Fachrichtung (z.B. Chemikant, Mechatroniker oder Anlagenmechaniker).
• Gutes Verständnis physikalisch-chemischer und prozesstechnischer Zusammenhänge sowie chemischer Technologien.
• Berufserfahrung im Betrieb verfahrenstechnischer Großanlagen im Schichtdienst.
• Kenntnisse in vorbeugenden Instandhaltung.
• Körperliche Fitness, inkl. G26.3- und Schichttauglichkeit.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Brandschutz oder Engagement in der Feuerwehr.
• Kran- und/oder Staplerschein oder Bereitschaft zum Erwerb.

• Hohe Teamfähigkeit, um effektiv und sicher mit anderen zusammenzuarbeiten und gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen.
• Serviceorientierung: Ein starkes Engagement für die Bedürfnisse und Zufriedenheit der internen und externen Kunden.
• Sicherheitsbewusstsein, um mögliche Gefahren frühzeitig zu erkennen und gezielt Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um Unfälle und Verletzungen vorzubeugen.
• Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um Informationen klar und präzise zu vermitteln.
• Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für eigene Handlungen und Entscheidungen zu übernehmen.
• Fähigkeit, Probleme systematisch zu analysieren und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln.
