Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Financial Analysis Manager out of Oklahoma City, OK to join the Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) Division of Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing employees performing Estimates at Completion, budget development, financial forecasting, business case development, and risk, financial, and competitive analyses.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

  • Acquires resources for organizational activities and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, business or related role

  • 3+ years of experience developing and analyzing Financial Forecasts and Estimate at Completion (EAC)

  • 1+ years of experience leading projects or teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees

  • Experience developing relationships with business partners

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

  • Demonstrates ability to lead process improvement initiatives

  • Experience managing cost, employment, capital and affordability

Summary pay range: $146,200 – $172,000
