About the role
Are you ready for a highly visible role, driving internal communication as well as employee community engagement and social impact strategies?
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Oversight and execution of WGO business unit level internal employee communications.
- Working with internal teams on key topics including WGO Strategy, DEI, Corporate Responsibility and HR initiatives.
- Maintain and improve existing channels for hourly production and salaried employees.
- Recommend best practices.
- Oversee and manage future Winnebago Outdoors Intranet website.
- Design, implement, and lead CommunityGO community engagement strategy. Lead employee volunteer teams in their mission to learn, inspire and act in partnership with community leaders.
- Advance collaboration with Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action across human resources, communication, marketing and other business teams.
- Collaborate to create and drive social impact partnerships and communication strategy.
- Develop measurement plans to evaluate program and partnership impact, participate in the evaluation and iterate approach as needed based on findings.
- Additional opportunities based on dynamic business needs.

Education & Experience
- College degree in human resources, communication, public relations, marketing or related area required.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting a function or multi-functional group.
- 2+ years of demonstrated leadership in corporate responsibility at the intersection of inclusion, diversity, equity, and action (IDEA), sustainability and community-based social impact as an individual role or within the capacity as an HR Business Partner.
- Demonstrated ability in communication strategy development and execution across platforms.
- Demonstrated strategic skills in building relationships in the community and partnering with cross-sector stakeholders.
- This position may require travel to other Winnebago Outdoors locations and specific events.
