At Dura-Line, we create what connects us! We're seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to perform inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with our production team to drive continuous improvements and uphold the highest safety and quality standards for our products.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 7:45 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.(15 days a month,84 hours a pay period)
- Starting Pay: $20-$22.00(depending on experience)
- Work Environment: Manufacturing, Non-Climate Controlled, Variable Temperatures, Team Oriented, On-The-Job Training
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily line audits to proactively correct defects and identify root cause corrective actions.
- Inspect and test manufactured goods to ensure safety and meet/exceed acceptable tolerances.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, focusing on maintaining product integrity.
- Actively contribute to a fast-paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work and safe practices in a continuous improvement setting.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of high-quality products.
- Exhibit a team-oriented, goal-driven, and motivated approach.
