Join the forefront of data innovation in the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) of the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). The CAO CDAO is responsible for the overall data strategy, analytics, reporting, and governance across the firm's CAO functions, from building management to security and vendor operations. The Data Strategy team within the CAO CDAO is responsible for developing and executing the CAO CDAO group’s overall strategy, balancing the team's book of work in alignment with CAO business groups, communicating team achievements, and managing analytics and governance products. It is a multifaceted group that utilizes a variety of skillsets to support execution of the CAO CDAO.

As a Data Strategy & Business Management Senior Associate, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer and will be responsible for driving key initiatives while identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. You will sit in on and manage meetings with senior leaders across the firm, prepare action plans for short and long term objectives, and drive execution through cross-functional coordination. You will aid in preparing monthly and quarterly operational reviews and updates to senior leadership as needed. Additionally, you will drive inter-team collaboration through team meetings, offsites, and events, and will perform financial planning and analysis as needed to support the team’s budget. This role has high visibility and impact across our CAO and CDAO functions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage meetings, including calendar alignment, agenda preparation, note-taking, and capturing action items
  • Facilitate execution of high-priority initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement, status updates, and issue escalation
  • Deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations that are clear, direct, and visually pleasing, in support of high-priority strategic initiatives and operational reviews
  • Advise and challenge team members with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Run communications for senior leaders across the firm, adequately communicating the teams strategy, achievements, and project outcomes
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with other lines of business and corporate functions 
  • Exemplify quantitative skills with the ability to analyze financial and operational data
  • Execution of the above processes with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness of meeting deliverables on prescribed timetables / calendars 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 4+ years of relevant industry knowledge, 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare executive-level presentations from limited or highly-detailed information
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) required
  • Advanced organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills 
  • Experience coordinating projects or processes across multiple teams/constituents
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills – with an ability to influence
  • Must be comfortable speaking to Senior Management and presenting ideas
  • Ability to run meetings across diverse functions, locations, and businesses
  • Intellectually curious, with a desire to learn and master new functions and processes across a diverse department

 Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or communications-related discipline
  • Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Chief of Staff background a plus
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to derive meaningful insights and actions from data
