The Challenge:

What You’ll Take On:
- Apply data science, machine learning, and AI to decrease costs and improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand needs, formulate objectives, and implement actionable solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and data visualization to explore data and identify patterns.
- Develop models to monitor key performance indicators across different segments.
- Build optimization models predictive of profit throughout the product life cycle.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps/MLOps and machine learning pipelines.
- 3+ years of Python coding experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with AWS or GCP cloud environments.
- Passion for automation and working with large-scale data (e.g., Apache Spark, Snowflake, Databricks).
Great to Have:
- Familiarity with Pytorch, Tensorflow, Sklearn, XGBoost.
- Knowledge of time series analytics, text-processing, NLP, and analytical techniques applied to language.
- Experience with Large Language Models and programmatic uses.
- Skills in Pythonic dashboarding or web-application frameworks (e.g., Streamlit, Dash, Flask, Django).

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,700 and $126,860 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
